A small house in Qaqortoq, built around sound.
Lonely House Studio is run by people who live for music and detail. The space is made for both new and seasoned artists who want a calm room, honest feedback, and recordings that feel like themselves.
Why Lonely House exists
This studio began as a simple idea; to turn a quiet house in South Greenland into a place where songs can grow without pressure. We love records, we love gear, and we care about the people who walk through the door.
Some artists come in for their very first vocal take; others arrive with years of touring behind them. The approach is the same for both; listen carefully, respect the material, and make decisions that will still feel right in a year.

Sessions, singles, and stories.
The Releases page shows a mix of live sessions, studio projects, and spoken-word work recorded in this house. Each one reflects a different artist and moment; the constant is the room they were made in.
A calm space for real performances.
Take a look around the control room and live space; see how the studio feels before you step inside. The setup is compact on purpose; everything is close, monitoring is clear, and the only thing that needs to be loud is the music.

A house shaped by music lovers.
Lonely House is not a faceless facility; it is a lived-in home that slowly became a studio. The control room is tuned for accuracy; the surrounding rooms are quiet, warm, and flexible enough for different lineups.
Outside the windows you have the coastline, changing light, and the kind of silence you do not get in a city. That calm shows up in the takes. People sleep better, think clearer, and often leave with ideas they did not know they had when they arrived.
The rooms you will be working in.
Here are a few glimpses from around the house; the control room, tracking spaces, and the surroundings that frame your time here. It is not a giant complex; it is a focused, lived-in studio with everything set up for getting work done.
